Contact borrowers via telephone, e-mail and mail to obtain mortgages stipulations and I update customers on the loan progress and review documents from applicants to determine if they comply with underwriting requirements. Prepares USDA, VA and streamline FHA refinances files for submission or re-submission to DE underwriter or delegated underwriter as necessary. I maintained accurate data in LOS  Reviews Flood and Hazard insurance for acceptable coverage and other requirements  Orders and retrieves various third party documentation and reviews for accuracy to assure it meets underwriting and investor requirements.
